Tariffs – Between £30.00 – £75.00 per year plus a refundable key deposit of £20-35.

Each user is allocated their dedicated space within the Bike Nest (spaces labelled 1-6 or A-F). Users must only park in the allocated space, failure to park in your allocated spot, may result in your bike being removed from the Bike Nest without notice.
One bike per allocated space is permitted. If users store more than one bike in the allocated space, the unauthorised bike may be removed from the Bike Nest without any notice.
Spaces and waiting lists are prioritised on a first come, first served basis.
Bike Nests are not recommended for cargo bikes, motorcycles, mopeds, scooters, trikes or bikes with child seats.
Estimated suitable bike dimensions are: 1800mm (long) x 1200mm (high) x 750mm (wide). Dimensions may vary slightly depending on location and other Bike Nest users.
Please note if you find your bike does not fit within the bike nest in your allocated space, you have a 7 day cooling off period from the date you received your keys. If this is the case please contact us immediately on 01472 346382. Refunds will not be given if you contact us after 7 days.
All removed bikes will be stored at our Lincolnshire depot for 30 days. Bikes collected from our depot will occur a £20.00 fine to be released. Any bikes which aren’t collected within 30 days will be donated to a local charity.
Terms and conditions can be changed at any given time, with or without notice. The latest terms and conditions will be on our website for you to go by.
Maintenance & bike theft
If you notice significant damage to the Bike Nest, please contact us immediately on 01472 346382 and have the Bike Nest number to hand.
Lockit Safe & the council will not be held responsible for bike theft, damage to, or loss of any locks or other items stored in any Bike Nest.
Please ensure you lock your bike to the rack provided within the Bike Nest with a suitable bike lock.
Please ensure you lock the Bike Nest once you have parked your bike.
It is the users responsibility to take care when using the Bike Nest and avoid any damage to either the unit or locking system.
Cancelling your Bike Nest space & refunds
If we do not receive keys within 5 working days from cancelation date of yearly subscriptions, you will not receive a key refund.
Once we have received your key we will refund your key deposit within 48 hours.
If you decide to cancel your yearly subscription early, please note partial refunds are NOT given.
If you do not return your key or pass your key to anyone else, you will forfeit your key deposit.
A replacement key will cost £20-35 and can take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
Replacement key will be posted to the address on your account via signed for postage.
Passing your key to another resident or user is a breach of our terms and conditions and will immediately result in cancellation of your subscription (without a refund) and a ban on the future use of all Bike Nest services.
The user must make sure your account payments are paid on time. If yearly subscriptions aren’t paid within 14 days of the date due, your bike will be removed and stored at our local depot in Lincolnshire.
Your yearly subscription will automatically renew every 12 months with the original card details provided. If your card details change/expire please contact us with the new details.
